Bay Vista Construction grew out of Bay Vista Property Management, our family’s property firm. After years of hiring contractors for the homes we managed, and seeing every way a renovation can go sideways, we built the crew we always wished we could hire.
That history shapes how we work. Property managers live with the consequences of construction for years after the crew leaves, so we build like we’ll be the ones answering the phone when something fails. With 15 years of contractor experience in residential remodeling and maintenance, we take on everything from small handyman jobs to large-scale renovations. Detail-oriented at every budget, from dependable builder-grade to full luxury materials.
We’re a deliberately small company, with our own carpenters, our own project managers, and a bench of trade partners we’ve worked with for over a decade. We take on a limited number of projects each year so the owners are on every job site, every week.
